IJburg - Wijk TV

One of the activities of the Amsterdam Smart City on on IJburg has started, namely IJburgTV. Thijs Reuten, Alderman Amsterdam East and responsible for the portfolio Housing & Major Projects, supports this initiative: "IJburg is an innovative district, with many things that you can not find anywhere else in the city. They have a very active community. A private TV channel via fast fiber internet fits in well."
IJburgTV is a television channel entirely dedicated to IJburg. After one year publishing on the internet, they have now realised a "real"channel in cooperation with KPN. The possibilities offered by the broadband internet on IJburg make this possible.
