Amsterdam is considered the world capital of cycling; 32% of traffic movement in Amsterdam is by bike and 63% of its inhabitants use their bike on daily basis. The number of registered electrical car owners in the Netherlands increased with 53% to 28.889 in 2016. Since 2008 car sharing increased with 376%. However, this is less than 1% of the total car use. Innovative ideas and concepts can help to improve the city’s accessibility, so share your ideas and concepts here.

Together with other Cyclehackers, you will work on your idea from Saturday morning until Sunday evening. We will provide good food and tasty drinks. You are also welcome to stay for the night in our pavilion.
On Sunday, from 10:00 till 15:00, there will be a special Cyclehack for kids of 6-16 years old.

We thought to old ages 2.0.In 2020 there’ll be old ages capable to use smartphone and tablet, and me andmy friend Davide have thought to develop an APP for future old ages. The ideais very simple, and it will create an helpful network between two generations. The main purpose is to connect old ages with youngers (geo-localized) in order to ask them to buy something, or to pay invoices, or carry out little but daily commissions. We would like to create an APP to link the old ages, that couldn’t go out for several reasons, and youngers, the most closely youngers available. The payment will be anticipate by younger, and after the feedback (everythingis into the bag, for example), the old age unlock the reimbursement.
We would like to explain better our idea, and obviously we would like to become partner of this project. We would like to create a Start-Up related to this topic!

From 2017, the North/South metro line will run 9.7 kilometres fromBuikslotermeer in the north of the city to Amsterdam Zuid station in the south.At Stationsplein 7, Amsterdam, the visitors center is located. Here you willget information on the status of the project and which innovative techniquesare used to build a tunnel right below the city centre. From our visitorscenter, also tours are provided.
