Conference Design & The City

Design & The City is a four-day event that brings together international experts, researchers, designers, educators and policymakers to explore citizen-centered design approaches to the smart city. Central theme is the role of design(ers) to create opportunities and practices for citizens, (social) entrepreneurs and policy makers towards more liveable,sustainable and sociable urban futures.

Smart City Dialogues

Tijdens deze terugkomende kleinschalige seminars geven we een (internationale) onderzoeker het podium over een smart city studie, waarna er ruimte is voor een dialoog. De vorige Smart City Dialogue over 'open data in steden' vond plaats afgelopen december.

Smart City Entrepreneurial Lab Deze activiteiten worden uitgevoerd vanuit het Smart City Entrepreneurial Lab, onderdeel van het HvA Programma Ondernemerschap – verbinder van onderzoek, onderwijs en ondernemerschap. Faculteit Business en Economie en Faculteit Techniek werken samen aan het thema smart city en leggen hierbij een verbinding tussen de speerpunten Urban Management en Urban Technology.
