The Hello Bridge is bridging an old neighborhood with a new urban development. This new project provides for a parc open to the entire neighborhood. It is on top of the parking garage, so people will have to climb a steep stairs in order to access. This bridge solves this problem for people who cannot climb the stairs. At the same time it creates a very special public space where people, strangers or not, encounter eachother and say hello.
