Future Living Berlin

Berlin-Adlershof is home to a new multi-generational residential district which will make the neighbourhood of the future possible at standard market rents. Future Living® Berlin addresses such social issues as demographic change, the use of renewable energy, and new forms of mobility.

The universal design approach to architecture and technical equipment support community and communication. 70 apartments will offer residents a smart, voice- or app-controlled living environment preconfigured by experts that will support day-to-day living at all stages of life, while increasing comfort and security. Residents get simple, keyless access to buildings and apartments. Future Living® Berlin is using extensive measures to generate part of the required energy itself. As part of new forms of mobility, residents can benefit from community car sharing. Parcel stations and a smart laundrette complete the offer.

Future Living® Berlin is an investment of GSW Gesellschaft für Siedlungs- und Wohnungsbau Baden-Württemberg mbH. Krebs GmbH & Co. KG is handling the architectural design and project development with the support of a network of partners.
