Join the Dutch delegation to the Smart Cities conference in New York!
From 7 to 10 May a delegation of Dutch smart city entrepreneurs and experts will visit the Smart Cities conference in New York (SCNY).

Mayor Aboutaleb will be the mission leader and one of the main speakers at the conference.

The main themes from the Dutch delegation will be circular building, circular urban development and urban mobility.

The aim of the mission is to strengthen collaborations and partnerships between the Dutch ecosystem and organizations in New York; and to present the Netherlands as THE number one country in these areas by providing Dutch companies the opportunity to showcase their smart city solutions.

By joining the program you will get access to the conference and workshop(s) and you can be part of the Holland Pavilion. Other elements of the program include site and company visits, several pitching event, matchmaking events and networking opportunities organized by the Dutch Consulate General in New York.

Tijdens een speciale editie van de Citizens’ Dialogues gaat Frans Timmermans met die ondernemers, innovators én iedereen in het publiek, graag in gesprek over de duurzame ambities van de EU.

De Citizens’ Dialogues is een reeks van gesprekken die de Europese Commissie organiseert in alle landen van de Europese Unie. Tijdens deze bijeenkomsten bieden we inwoners van Europa de gelegenheid om in gesprek te gaan met politici van de EU over het soort Europa waarin ze graag willen wonen en wat hun verwachtingen van de Europese Unie zijn.

From 4-9 February 2018, minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation, Sigrid Kaag, is visiting both Vietnam and Malaysia.
When considering doing business in Southeast-Asia, this economic mission provides a good opportunity to learn more about these two important and growing economies. Innovation plays an important role in sustaining the economic growth in Vietnam and Malaysia and both countries are therefore looking for partners to develop new products and concepts.
