What is the goal of the project?
Exercise is beneficial for you. But only 20% of Dutch adults exercise 3 times a week for 20 minutes or more. The use of smartphones and apps might help to stimulate people to exercise more. In the BAMBEA project we take this a bit further by exploring how (i)beacons could be used for this goal.
