Welcome to our investigation of business behaviors and mindsets.

The aim of this survey is to identify profitable behaviors in organizing business and the associated mindsets. As every individual applies different behaviors and thinks differently there are no correct or incorrect answers. Your participation in this survey will greatly support my dissertation project. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

Notes on the examination:
The processing time for completing the questionnaire is approximately 15 minutes (4 blocks/question pages).
All information will be treated absolutely confidentially and the results will only be published in aggregated form. It will not be possible to draw conclusions about individual persons at any point.
Please answer all questions, even if you are not sure about the answer. It is possible that the content of some questions seems similar to you. This is intended for the reason of a high-quality research study.

I'm a researcher in entrepreneurship at the Smart City Academy of the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. We would like to start a new research project where we explore expertise development in collaborating entrepreneurs and business modeling. Therefore, we are looking for entrepreneurs that are launching new initiatives/ projects that are 1) IT/ ICT-driven, and 2) in circular and/ or sharing economy. We execute action research where we also provide practical advice/ solutions to opportunities and challenges that entrepreneurs encounter.
