The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Meetups are an accessible platform to learn about and work on the SDGs in an entrepreneurial way, facilitating collaboration and exchanging knowledge. It is an opportunity to meet social entrepreneurs, SMEs, independent professionals and established organisations working toward the same goal.
This month’s Meetup will focus on SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production. This goal promotes resource and energy efficiency, sustainable infrastructure, and providing access to basic services, green and decent jobs and a better quality of life for all. Anyone who is working toward achieving this is welcome to join!

➜ Fairfood | Lonneke van Genugten from Fairfood will help us understand the gap between food consumption and production through a recent project that uses blockchain in the coffee industry. She will also explain how blockchain can empower both consumers and producers. #entrepreneur
➜ Boeren & Buren | Marije Ebbers from Boeren & Buren Network will share how their European network creates local economies in every country they operate in by building community and shrinking the size of supply chains of everyday goods.
➜ You! | The event will continue with an interactive process facilitated by Impact Hub Community Catalyst Yeliz Mert. In this part of the event, we will generate insights for overcoming challenges and accelerating solutions for SDG12.
