Founded in 2014, Instock now has 100 staff, three restaurants (in Amsterdam, The Hague and Utrecht, with another two planned for this year) and a host of other activities. It was great to catch up with Instock's community manager, Djaja van den Berg to talk about what inspired the founders, what has been achieved and what’s next.
