From the 7th until the 10th of June 2016 the Smart City Event will take place for the 6th time in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. This large scale international conference hosts various cities, system operators, energy companies, industrial organizations and technological parties. They come together to share knowledge on how to achieve a Smart City. Projects where climate ambition and energy transition are the main focus point.

Amsterdam Smart City is official host of the Smart City Event.

7th of June 2016 - Smart Excursions
Visiting the front running Smart City projects in the Netherlands

8th of June 2016 - Conference Day 1
Keynote speeches about Sustainability & Economy, Innovation & Economy, Mobility and Energy.

Several College Tours, round table sessions, In depth Sessions and a Hackathon

9th of June 2016 - Conference Day 2
Smart City Bootcamps: During these 3 hour bootcamps you hear inspiring keynotes, cases of front running cases and will have the opportunity to debate with your fellow experts and colleagues about the opportunities and challenges.

In the afternoon you will have the opportunity to discuss your ideas with leading stakeholders in ‘the Co-Creation Arena’.

10th of June 2016 - Masterclasses
In small groups you will be taught all that you need to know by High Level experts. With practical examples and the opportunity to get answers to your questions.
